• Able to cut accurately to master templates
• Able to nest patterns accurately for best efficiency
• Able to identify natural or man made damage to hides
• Assy/dis-assy seat covers / frames
• Assembly and finishing of covers to acceptable standards
• Ability to work alone on own initiative and trim/cut to the master patterns in production
• Maintain high quality standards
• Have an aptitude to be trained

• To be competent in handling foam and cutting foam
• Ability to use a glue spray gun
• Have a competence in assembly
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Ability to work alone and use own initiative
• Have an aptitude to be trained to use necessary power tools
• Attention to details required
• Ability to use a JIG and understand when to ues it.

Training will be provided for the above positions.
