FAQ's
Q: How can I be sure that the people I get will be able to do the job?
A: We will conduct a workplace evaluation and agree the personnel requirements with you in advance. We would not expect you to keep or to pay for any personnel that did not meet our agreed standards.
Q: Will all the personnel be able to speak English?
A: We will agree with you in the beginning what your minimum requirements are for spoken and written English. We are able to test all our Polish workers, so we are able to ensure that you get the right person for the job.
Q: If the people come from Eastern Europe, who makes all the arrangements for travel and accommodation and will we have to pay?
A: OTTO will make all the necessary arrangements and there will be no charge to the client unless this is agreed in advance.
Q: Is there a minimum period I will have to hire the workers for?
A: We want to work with our clients on a long term basis, so we would generally look to work with our clients for at least a minimum three to six month period.
Q: Is there a minimum amount of people I have to hire?
A: The OTTO concept will only really work when we have groups of people at a client. Therefore, we would only recommend you working with OTTO when your personnel needs are for a minimum of 5 people. There is no maximum amount.
Q: How much will this cost per hour?
A: The cost is dependent on the skill level of the people required, the numbers of people and also the duration. We will take all these factors into consideration when making our proposal to you.
Q: How can I be sure that everything is being arranged legally?
A: We are happy to provide our clients with copies of work permits from our workers and we would have no problem is providing details of the taxation company which manages our tax affairs.
