OTTO in Poland – Our Own Operation

In 2000, when OTTO first identified the opportunity to bring Polish personnel to the Dutch market, they also saw that there needed to be a structure and control to any recruiting that was done for our clients. We quickly saw that whilst there were a number of ‘third party’ recruitment organisations in Poland, if we were to truly market our product with confidence, then we had to manage our own operation.

In August 2000 we opened our first OTTO recruitment office in Opolen, and today OTTO has sixteen recruitment and testing centres across Europe.

In order to ensure that we were recruiting the right people for the right jobs, we constructed a series of tests which not only show suitability to a particular job, but they also give us a perfect overview as to other key attributes such as; motivation, team player, personal hygiene, timekeeping, attitude etc, this is called the ‘OTTO Culture Fit Test’.

This series of tests means that we fully understand our applicants skills and characteristics, and we can confidently deliver on our promises to our clients.
