Supervise and work together as a team member to produce wooden frames, doors and windows. Responsible for the team results as quality and quantity.
Education and skills:
Demonstrable technical background and experience in the field of wood preparation. All-round experience in 2D drawing reading. Experienced in split, partly atomized, production. Experience to coordinate a team of 4 to 6 workers.
Language:
German, willing to learn shop floor Dutch
Salary:
Indicated: € 10-13 gross per hour (depending on experience)
Overtime>40 hs/wk (Monday- Saturday 05.00-21.00) 150 %
Overtime>40 hr/wk (Saturday 21.00 – Monday 05.00) 200%
Overtime>40 hr/wk (Ascension day, Queens birth day) 200%
Overtime>40hr/wk (Catholic Holidays) 300%
