Volume personnel on a 'temporary' basis

This is where we bring to our clients groups of motivated, productive and reliable personnel. We not only pay the personnel an agreed hourly rate, we also arrange and pay for all the housing, we also ensure our personnel are able to get easily in and out of the workplace.

We work with the personnel to ensure that they are compliant with all their legal responsibilities for working in the UK (such as work permits and national insurance numbers) and we also provide on-site and social support.

We would agree with our clients an ‘all inclusive’ hourly rate for this service, and they would be invoiced only for the hours our people actually worked.  Our clients would generally commit to a minimum contract period of between 3-6 months.

This service is the most widely used by our clients.  Here they get the flexibility of temporary labour, but with he added benefits that come from a reliable and committed workforce.

Permanent Recruitment

OTTO can also recruit personnel for permanent positions. We will pass the job description (see submit enquiry page) to our recruitment centres in Poland, and from there we will look to match potential candidates.

For this service we will charge you a fixed fee.  This is only charged once the person has started working for you.  The fee amount will be discussed with you and will be agreed prior to us commencing any recruitment.
