(Q) Is this not what all recruitment companies offer?
(A) Yes, but whilst they can offer this, very few UK recruitment companies can actaully deliver.
Most of our clients come to OTTO because all they actually want is a reliable, motivated and hard working workforce. For most of our clients they are unable to find these types of personnel locally, whether it be because of low unemployment or because of the nature of the job on offer. At OTTO we listen to what our clients want, we recruit accordingly, and we deliver to our clients what we have promised. Simple but effective.
Should you require, your workers will come with work clothing supplied free of charge from OTTO, and of course always with safety shoes.
The Recruitment Process
Whilst we have a growing database of Eastern European workers who already reside in the UK, we generally bespoke recruit our personnel from one of our sixteen recruitment centres across Europe.
In order to ensure that we were recruiting the right people for the right jobs, we constructed a series of tests which not only show suitability to a particular job, but they also give us a perfect overview as to other key attributes such as; motivation, team player, personal hygiene, timekeeping, attitude etc, this is called the ‘OTTO Culture Fit Test’.
Industry Guidelines
We work to the highest standards and follow industry guidelines for emploment law and procedures. We are members of the;
- REC (the recruitment industry governing body)
- ALP (The Association of Labour Providers)
- Licensed by the GLA (Gangmasters Licencing Association)
Industry Knowledge
We are staffed by personnel who have worked in the UK recruitment business for many years, and who have industry accreditation.
We can understand the frustrations of our clients who either struggle to find, or retain, quality workers. So we are pleased to confidently offer a credible alternative in the form of personnel from Eastern Europe.
